The Advantage Preventative Maintenance Plan was designed with you the customer in mind. Choose between two different plans that best suite to your needs to help prevent future problems and additional costs. Your Air Conditioning and/or Heating unit is just like your car and needs to be maintained and preventive service is a necessity for efficiency and a long lasting system.

The majority of heating and air-conditioning problems are caused from lack of preventive maintenance. Let’s face it, keeping your car maintained saves money on fuel cost and unexpected repairs. The same applies to your Air-Conditioner and Heating System. Many cases, record of Preventative Maintenance guards your Equipment Warranty and Home Warranty when a claim is needed. System Breakdowns can be costly and energy bills high!

20 Point P.M. Inspection:

  1. Inspect and tighten all electrical connection and terminals
  2. Visually inspect for refrigerant leaks and oil
  3. Vacuum and clean air handler, cabinet, and closet
  4. Check mirror-farads on all Capacitors
  5. Check refrigerant charge
  6. Check contractor points
  7. Check thermostat for proper operation
  8. Inspect and clean condensate drain pan
  9. Clear drain line fro mall algae and blockages
  10. Inspect and clean evaporator coil in place if accessible
  11. Clean and wash out Condenser Coil
  12. Lubricate all going parts (where applicable)
  13. Check all starting and running amperes, line voltage, and control voltage
  14. Clean blower motor and wheel
  15. Inspect reversing valve for proper operation (if applicable)
  16. Check for proper air flow out of all vents in home
  17. Test all controls, switches, relays
  18. Check temperature splits
  19. Change or wash air filter
  20. Test electrical/gas heat
